"This specific agency is the worst insurance provider I've ever had to deal with. I've only been with them a few months and ive had to call multiple times to ask why my bill was different than the last. I never got any calls back when they said they would after looking into it. After telling me my bill was going to be the lower price multiple times in the end as I suspected it wasnt. Update: The only txt I received was to notify me my payment was late which when I called yet again I was then told to ignore and i would get all call back about it which I didnt. When I called back i was told I still needed to pay the balance because drive safe and save isnt set up. I informed them multiple times that the drive safe and save is set up I have all the app data to prove it and I keep being told it's not set up."

"I can't say enough good things about this amazing agency! We left Idaho over three years ago, and decided to come back home. Feeling a bit lost on our insurance conundrum, I researched the best Idaho agencies, and EmmaLee came right up! I am telling you, we have dealt with the worst agencies in the last three years; uncaring, complacent, and expensive! Holly has seen to our every need! In addition to taking care of our auto insurance, they have helped us with our rental insurance, home insurance, our business liability insurance!
