The policyholder is responsible for initiating the transfer, as it must align with the state's registration time frame, which we don't have visibility into. In Idaho, it’s especially important to ensure your vehicle is registered and insured, as they regularly check the insurance database, and out-of-state coverage won’t be recognized. This could lead to penalties, I understand you've already moved to American, but just a reminder to ensure your new coverage is properly set up in Idaho to avoid any issues with registration and insurance verification. I truly apologize for the inconvenience and hope this clarifies the process. "
