"Throughout time and eternity the biggest inconvenience to humankind is dealing with insurance. Finding the right company and the right policy is overwhelming. After much debate and consideration I determined I needed more assistance than Google could provide. Autumn walked me though options and broke the process down in a way that could only be described as magic. "Review Update after their comment. 0 out of 5 stars. You still have no awareness at all. I was transferred to your State Farm agency... are you nuts? Yes, if you became my agent you were at minimum to respond or contact me. More than 10 years with State Farm and you guys are the terrible one... stay away from this agency. ------- 10 years State Farm customer. Moved to Idaho...to this whatever agent...never contacted...never responded...never proceeded with my transfer...Terrible....shameful... go to American..."

"Thank you for your feedback, and I’m very sorry for the confusion and frustration this has caused, André. Unfortunately, we cannot facilitate the transfer of insurance to another state on your behalf due to state-specific insurance laws. The policyholder is responsible for initiating the transfer, as it must align with the state's registration time frame, which we don't have visibility into. In Idaho, it’s especially important to ensure your vehicle is registered and insured, as they regularly check the insurance database, and out-of-state coverage won’t be recognized. This could lead to penalties, I understand you've already moved to American, but just a reminder to ensure your new coverage is properly set up in Idaho to avoid any issues with registration and insurance verification. I truly apologize for the inconvenience and hope this clarifies the process. "

"One of the challenges with auto insurance is dealing with everything when you have an accident and need to use it. But EmmaLee and her team have been amazing to work with over the years. They are always friendly and helpful whenever I've had to call and get help with my policy.
